We work with a wide range of vehicle makes, models and key systems. Coverage varies, so the quickest way to get an answer is to send us the vehicle details along with a short description of what has happened.
Vehicle Ownership Verification
Before carrying out security-sensitive key work, we will require suitable proof of identity and proof that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle.
- Driving licence or other valid photo ID
- V5C vehicle registration certificate (logbook)
- Insurance documentation showing the vehicle
- Lease, rental, company vehicle or other documentation showing authority to use the vehicle
If suitable proof cannot be provided, we will not be able to carry out security-sensitive key work on the vehicle.
