4. Proof of identity and vehicle ownership

Before carrying out security-sensitive key work, we check identification and documentation showing ownership of, or authority over, the vehicle. These checks are normally carried out visually in person at the time of the job.

Please do not upload or email copies of identity or ownership documents through this website. Our online request form does not accept document uploads.

5. Communication

We will contact you using the details you provide, by phone, text, messaging app or email, in order to deal with your enquiry and the work you have requested. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

6. Record keeping and retention

We keep records of enquiries and completed work for as long as is reasonably necessary for business, accounting and legal purposes, and to deal with any later questions relating to the work. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or securely disposed of.
