All keys lost, or down to one?

If you still have a working key, a replacement can often be more straightforward and it is worth arranging a spare before the last key disappears.

If every key is lost, the work usually involves producing a new key and programming it to the vehicle so it will start. Depending on the vehicle, previously lost keys may also need to be removed from the system so they can no longer be used.

How replacement works

   Make, model, year, registration if you have it, and how the vehicle normally starts.

   We confirm whether we can supply and programme a key for your vehicle, and what it will cost.

   Identity and ownership check

   Proof of identity and proof that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle are required before key work begins.

   Key produced and programmed

   The key is cut where required and programmed to the vehicle, then tested with you present.
